Sidekick's Birthday

It's my sidekick's birthday today.

My dad calls my nephew the 'sidekick' because, whenever he's here to visit, he's always at my side. He's a huge fan of super hero cartoons and movies, so he does get  a kick out of playing Robin to my Batman.

OR DOES HE?!

I can recall times - when he was much younger - when I had to be the Boy Wonder when he would coax me in to playing Batman and Robin when I would babysitting him.

I say it every year when either nephew are celebrating their birthdays, but time really is flying by..
