How Will TLC End?

A few weeks ago, I speculated on the finish to this Sunday's World Wrestling Entertainment PPV - Tables, Ladders & Chairs. Unfortunately, it's not going to happen.

I had guessed that the main event match between WWE champion, Randy Orton and World Heavyweight championship holder - John Cena - would somehow end in a draw with both wrestlers grabbing a belt at the same time albeit the strap they release from above the ring is not the one they came into the match wearing.

The way the storyline has been going on TV, since I made this surmising, indicates to me that they will have one winner and one winner only.

Who that will be is another thing.

The end of this past Monday's WWE Raw closed with Randy Orton being Pedigreed by Triple H after the WWE champion knocked down Stephanie McMahon.

The tease of tension between Hunter and Orton plays into one suggestion that I have heard over the past few days that Triple H may somehow walk out of the event as world champion.

I don't know how they're going to get there, even if they decide to go that route. What I will tell you is this - they have been talking about having Vince McMahon return for a major angle leading to WrestleMania XXX.

Could Vince's return have something to do with him being annoyed that Triple H and Stephanie McMahon's power trip led to the former involving himself, and ultimately winning, the main event this Sunday?

I hope not.
