Sticking

I see that the Panini Euro 2012 sticker book is being given away free in today's edition of The Sun newspaper.

I've probably written about sticker collections before , but I'll do so again today.

My first football sticker collection was the Mexico '86 and the last time I did the collecting religiously was the Premier League 1993 book.

I've had some of the other books that had been freebies in newspapers or magazines but I've never gone as overboard on them as I did when I was younger.

In the years I collected football stickers, I never completed a book.

And I'll never complete one. If I couldn't finish one off back then, I certainly won't be able to now that those days have passed me by.
