The Final 4

We'll know who will be competing for the NFL's Super Bowl by this time tomorrow.

Both the NFC and AFC Championship games take place tonight and the winners of each game will go head-to-head on Sunday 7th February.

Each potential Super Bowl match-up has a story and I will look into that within the next fourteen days once I know which teams made it.

Tonight's games have stories as well.

In December, Indianapolis - who were looking to go undefeated for the season - changed their key players at half-time and ended up losing to the New York Jets.

This controversial decision not only destroyed the hopes of a perfect season, it enabled the Jets to secure a play-off place.

And now they meet again.

Tonight.

It would be ironic if New York end up winning seeing as Indianapolis more or less handed them the key to getting into the post-season.

Over in the NFC, the New Orleans Saints will square-off against the Minnesota Vikings.

The Saints were also in a position to have an perfect season but lost their way near the latter stages. However, they have managed to turn things around in the post-season and are looking as sharp as ever.

Minnesota, on the other hand, have the veteran - Brett Favre - on the team. Favre has been playing amazingly since coming out of his latest 'retirement' and signing for the Vikes.

We all know who I want to win (if you don't, check last Monday's post).

Let the games begin.
