Playing Possum

What a despicable poker player I have become!

I'm sitting here with a masive grin on my face as I type this because I won a hand yesterday in the most devious of ways. It was the greatest bluff I have ever pulled off.

I was playing in the live game on Sky Poker TV and was dealt a king and ace of hearts. I was the small blind and there were no callers before me so I decided to go all-in against the big blind. He called my bet and turned over a jack and a five. I figured I was about to win.

But I never.

A five came out on the board giving my rival a pair that won the hand.

Frustrated, I typed 'this software sucks' and awaited the next two hole cards to be dealt to me. I couldn't believe it. They gave me AK again.

I then hatched a sinister plot in m head. I knew they were aware I was angry at the previous result so thought I would milk the siutation.

'Fuck this game, I am outta here!' I typed in the chat-box. I then went all-in with all the chips I had left over. The player who had just beaten me must have seen what I typed and immediately called me hoping to take advantage of my feigned frustraton.

I hit anther king and another ace on the flop when I went up against his four and five suited. My two pair ended his night.

It was a lucky dealing and quick thinking that won me the hand. I feel a hint of remorse for pulling the wool over their eyes but I would do it all again given a chance.
