The last time I made a post about International football I predicted a few results. I was rubbish in these decisions as only a few won.
I have placed another bet on tonight's matches. I've selected these teams to win in a Yankee at £1.50 a line:
Germany
Turkey
Portugal
France with a one goal handicap
In a related story I was sitting here earlier and a thought crossed my mind which reminded me of a dream I had last night.
I don't remember the specifics of this dream but I remember I was hunting for my lost keys, mobile phone and wallet and ended up in a corridor of one of the schools or colleges I attended in my life.
Out of one of the rooms came Craig Bellamy who walked up to me and shook my hand. He asked me what I had bet on and I told him I had placed five pounds on him to score first and another one on him to score last.
I don't think I will tempt fate and do this bet but it will be interesting to see how he performs tonight against San Marino.
I may be making a prophet on the Wales game!
Late update - Well, Craig Bellamy didn't score first or last and the football teams didn't win, either. France won but they won it 1-0 so I still lost as I needed them to win by one clear goal.
