As I am sure many did yesterday, I watched Moon Landing Live - the documentary about the moon landing which happened fifty years ago.
In yesterday's post, I wrote about looking forward to seeing how the documentary was produced and I have to say that it was excellent.
More than excellent in fact.
As I predicted, it showed clips from all aspects of July 20th 1969 including the years leading up to takeoff and also included little things that happened to the astronauts after they returned home.
The meat and potatoes of the documentary was the footage of the landing. They also had footage of the people in the control centre.
Such an incredibly produced piece of American history.
Nay.. an incredibly produced piece of WORLD history.
