If you read yesterday's post, you would have seen that I have written about Gareth Bale and his current status with Real Madrid.
What I forgot to write about is, on Sunday, I read that Zinedine Zidane did a press conference where he made it clear that he wants Bale out of the club.
Today's papers write that Bale refused to play for Real in one of the pre-season games over the weekend.
And?!
Zidane and the club have made it clear that they want Bale gone. Why should he risk injuring himself if he's going elsewhere?
Not playing someone who is on their way out is the right way of doing business at any club. It protects the club more than the player.
I'm surprised that Zidane did that. It seems like it's on purpose to portray Bale as the bad guy in this.
Facts are facts - Real Madrid won more with Bale than the club did with Zidane.
I know who the real.. or should I say Real?.. hero is.
