Jose Lothario Passes Away

Jose Lothario - who wrestled for the National Wrestling Alliance, but is most on a worldwide scale for training and being a manager of Shawn Michaels - passed away yesterday. He was 83 years old.

Lothario's stint in the WWF came in 1996 when he managed Michaels in his first reign as WWF Champion. From memory, Lothario stayed with the WWF until January of 1997 when he was in Michaels' corner for his second title win, which took place in San Antonio, Texas - where both men were billed from.
