McDaniels Not Going To Indy (Thankfully!)

Josh McDaniels will not be the new head coach of the Indianapolis Colts after all.

Good.

The New England Patriots' offensive coordinator was meant to have joined up with Indianapolis following the Super Bowl. The press team at the Colts even announced that McDaniels was on his way in a release yesterday morning. However, hours later, a U-turn was made.

I was not looking forward to seeing McDaniels involved with the Indy, so - despite this being surprising news - it's music to my ears (or rather eyes!).

You just have to look at his tenure at Denver to see why I wasn't keen to see him in a head coaching role for my favourite team.
