I can't believe it's September 13th already.
It only seems like yesterday when I faced the dilemma of publishing the September 13th 2016 post because it coincided with what would have been Roald Dahl's 100th birthday and was the twentieth anniversary of the passing of Tupac Shakur.
I opted to go with covering Dahl's 100th. I wrote about 2Pac the following day because I thought it would make sense considering I didn't find out about his death until September 14th.
Anyway, on this day, I'll remember both.
Both played a small part in my life.
My childhood was enhanced by reading the work of Dahl. A good part of my teenage years were carried out to a 2Pac soundtrack playing in the background.
It's only right to remember BOTH on the same day.
