The fly-on-the-wall documentary series is produced by Home Box Office in America and follows an NFL franchise as it prepares for an upcoming season.
I have watched quite a few of the most recent editions as they used to run marathons of it on the NFL Network during the off-season.
Channel 4 also aired the show for the past two years. However, now that the station has ended its relationship with the NFL, the programme has now found its way to Sky Sports.
This season, the HBO cameras will follow the Houston Texans as they prepare themselves for 2015.
