The San Diego & Tennessee Letdown

The San Diego Chargers and Tennessee Titans are not in my good books this week.

I had the game between the two sides to go over forty-three total points in a Canadian multiples bet over the weekend and it was the only selection to let me down.

Earlier in the day, I had winners on: over 2.5 goals in the game between Club Brugge and Anderlecht (final score was 4-0 to Club Brugge), Roma to beat Lazio (they won 2-0) and Nice to defeat Valenciennes (the game ended 4-0 to Nice).

The penultimate pick was the points to go over in Tennessee.

The final score ended up being 20-17 to the home team so I missed out by a touchdown which was a kick in the teeth considering that there were nullified touchdowns and field goals during the game.

And that's not even take into account the amount of penalties that cost both teams important scoring position on the field.

The final selection of the weekend saw me needing Chicago to win by two points or more.

Thankfully, the Bears beat Pittsburgh 40-23 so the bet did turn a profit despite the hiccup a few hours earlier.
