The NFL fly-on-the-wall documentary, Hard Knocks, is coming to British television this September.
The series follows an NFL franchise during training camp and the preseason as they prepare for the regular season.
Teams like Baltimore, Dallas, Kansas City and the New York Jets have been featured since the show first debuted in 2001.
This year's team - the Cincinnati Bengals - will be making their second appearance in the programme after being spotlighted in 2009.
I've watched past episodes so I'm looking forward to seeing the latest offering. With a bit of luck, the British public will take to it and it will become a regular fixture on our screens in the future.
Channel 4 will air Hard Knocks at 7:05am on Sunday September 8th.
