The news that many anticipated became, well, news yesterday when it was revealed that Aaron Rodgers will become a Pittsburgh Steeler for at least the 2025 regular season.
Rodgers will put pen to paper on a one-year deal imminently.
I'm looking forward to seeing how he fares at his new team. His move from Green Bay to the New York Jets was, to be blunt, quite crappy, wasn't it?
Rodgers, as a Steeler, is set to meet the Jets in week one. He's also set to go up against his earliest club - Green Bay - in week eight.
If this is his final season, he's going out with some big career games.
