I am almost certain that there has never been a white Christmas in my lifetime.
Not one that I can remember, anyway.
It is looking possible that this year could be the first.
But the problem with the term 'White Christmas' is the first word.
Everywhere around me, at this current moment in time, is ice. The snow has gone and we're left with the worst part of the weather.
I'm not sure whether we are due more snow. What I am sure of is we'll still have chilly weather that will make sure this ice doesn't thaw out.
'Ice Christmas' may be more appropriate.
