I've never played a Super Smash Bros. game on any of the previous Nintendo systems.
That's an appropriate way to start today's post because - as I sit here - I am contemplating taking the plunge and buying a copy of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
The game was released today and quite a lot of people I follow on Twitter or watch videos of on YouTube are in hype mode over the game.
This could end up being one of those ideas that ends up right at the back of my mind, so don't expect me to go all-in and buy it. At this stage, I'm close to doing so.
With all that said, there's a Sega game for the Nintendo Switch that's out today that I also want to get my hands on. It contains around fifty games from the Mega Drive. Now we're talking my generation of video gaming.
