I had another scam phone call the other day.
The guy at the other end told me that my PC was being compromised by other computer users in different countries and that he was from a cyber crime department.
I played along for a bit, then told him that if he had better come over my house if I've done something wrong as I 'don't talk business over the phone'.
He told me he wasn't trying to sell me anything and to start my computer. I repeated that I'd prefer if they came over to sort things out.
It ended up with him saying he'll visit me in prison because that's where I'll end up. I chuckled at that one and he ended the call after realising I wasn't buying the threat.
Still waiting the knock at the door..
