Chapecoense Tragedy

Absolutely devastating news came out yesterday morning when it was announced that the Brazilian football team - Chapecoense - was among the passengers of an aeroplane that crashed in Colombia.

I hadn't heard of the team before yesterday, but the press likened the squad to a Leicester City in that they were scrappy underdogs that were performing well in the division, and cup competitions, they were participating in.

The team was travelling to play a cup game in Colombia when the tragedy happened.

One picture I saw last night was of the team just before their most recent game. There was one player circled by the newspaper. He was the only survivor from that image. Very sad.
