I don't know what the deal is with Go Daddy this week.
Emails that I have been sending through my hosting account have either been delayed by hours or not sent at all.
It's a huge pain considering I have been emailing out American football picks to followers of my website all season. Ironically, now the season is almost at its close, the perfect way of getting in touch with my mailing list has hit a stumbling block.
I've been on the phone not once, but twice. Yesterday's call was classic. The person on the other end tried flogging me an Office 365 email package that will ensure I don't experience any issues with their email server.
THE THINGS I WANT TO DO WERE IN THE HOSTING THAT I PAID FOR! WHY SHOULD I PAY MORE WHEN THE FAULT IS EVIDENTLY ON YOUR END!?
I wasn't in the mood to argue that point. Next time I'm on the phone (and I'm sure it'll be soon) I might have the strength to state my case. I was too drained to complain yesterday. All I want is to have emails working properly just like they had been since April last year.
Is that too much to ask?
