Murder Wasn't The Case (But It Should Have Been)

I have a hard time understanding the legal system in this country, let alone another. 

With that noted, I'm very surprised that Oscar Pistorius escaped a murder conviction yesterday.

His ex-partner's family said justice was not served. I cannot disagree with that one.
