There was interesting news coming out of Hollywood late in the week. According to the news, Dwayne Johnson is set to feature in a movie remake of The Fall Guy.
The Fall Guy was a television series starring Lee Majors in the title role. He played the part of a movie stuntman / bounty hunter in the programme that ran from 1981 to 1986.
It used to be on a lot when I was a child.
To be honest, I was too young to enjoy it. I was more of an A-Team or Knight Rider kind of kid.
The series did not appeal to me at all.
It's worth noting that World Wrestling Entertainment is rumoured to be one of the companies funding this project. If so, this will be the first time WWE and Johnson have worked together on a movie.
As I wasn't a fan of the series, the only thing intriguing me about the remake is the fact that The Rock and WWE are involved in it.
Had it been another actor, I wouldn't have cared that much.
