What a con!

I saw something incredible yesterday.

Someone paid £320 for an iPhone box on Ebay.

I'm not sure of the legality of it all but the seller was specific in his or her write-up by stating that it was an 'iPhone 4 box in good condition'. However, the item was listed in the mobile phone without contract auctions and not in the part where phone accessories were available.

I hope the person who paid for this isn't ripped off. Caveat emptor and all that but it is scandalous that someone would have the nerve to pull a fast one like this. Here is what was written in the item description:

16gb iPhone 4 box the item is in lovely condition, I will post first class as soon as payment is received!

Please do Not bid if you are not going to pay for it. I will file a complaint to who will not proceed with purchase. No time wasters please.

Payment will need to be in place with in 24hours of auction ended,the item will be dispatch after 2 workind days.
