Blackboard Blunders

I spent yesterday looking through a funny book I bought the other day.

Blackboard Blunders : Spelling Slip-ups and Homework Howlers by Richard Benson is a compilation of some of the funniest sentences written by children in school.

As an example:

You use the 24 hour clock in summer because it stays light longer.

And:

My uncle Steve took my cusins to Blackpool to see the aluminashons. We went to Blackpool as well but we went to see the lights.

And finally:

My uncle is impotent. He is the boss of a big factory.

Like I wrote earlier, it is a fun little book and can keep you amused for half an hour or so.
