I was 30th going in to the final game in the BetFred Poker League. I needed to retain that position to ensure entry in to the Top 30 freeroll tonight.
My plan was to finish in the top 20 in last night's game to ensure I had a few points contributing towards my league position. I needed to hold on.
I finished fourth. This earned me an extra 26 points and thrusted me right up to 14th in the league securing my place in tonight's game.
